Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any part of PrymHosting’s services, including hosting, domain registration, and support, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.
Services
PrymHosting provides web hosting, domain registration, and other internet-related services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue specific features or services when necessary. In such cases, we will provide prior notice whenever possible to ensure minimal disruption.
Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
- You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
- You agree to provide accurate and current information.
Acceptable Use Policy
Clients are strictly prohibited from hosting or distributing the following content or services:
- Hacking-related content
- Sexual content / adult content
- IRC Scripts / Bots
- Proxy Scripts / Anonymizers
- Pirated Software / Warez
- Betting, Gambling, or Casino-related content
- Hacker sites, archives, or programs
- Scripts that run cron jobs at intervals less than 30 minutes
- Email Marketing Scripts or mass mailing tools
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice or refund.
Billing and Payments
All services must be paid in advance. PrymHosting will generate and send invoices 7 days before the service due date to the registered email address.
If payment is not received by the due date, the service will be automatically suspended. If the invoice remains unpaid for 30 days after the due date, the service will be permanently terminated, and all associated data may be permanently deleted.
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their billing information is up to date and that emails from PrymHosting are not missed or filtered. No refunds will be issued unless explicitly stated in our refund policy.
Backups and Data Loss
While PrymHosting may offer backups as a courtesy, it is the client’s responsibility to maintain their own backups. We are not liable for any data loss.
PrymHosting may perform routine backups of server data for disaster recovery and internal purposes. However, these backups are not guaranteed, and restoration is not included as part of standard hosting plans unless explicitly stated.
Clients are fully responsible for maintaining up-to-date backups of their websites, databases, emails, and any other data stored on our servers. We strongly recommend downloading regular backups using the tools provided in your hosting control panel.
In the event of accidental data loss, corruption, or deletion by the client, PrymHosting will not be held liable. Data recovery requests may be honored only if recent backups are available and may incur additional charges depending on the effort and time required.
Backups, if available, are typically retained for a limited period (e.g., 7–14 days) and may be overwritten or deleted at any time without notice.
Clients using VPS, Dedicated Servers, or unmanaged services are solely responsible for implementing their own backup solutions unless a managed backup service is purchased separately.
Limitation of Liability
PrymHosting is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate any account or service without notice if we believe a client has violated these terms or poses a risk to our infrastructure or other clients.
Changes to Terms
PrymHosting reserves the right to modify, update, or amend these Terms of Use at any time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices.
When material changes are made, we will make reasonable efforts to notify clients by posting a notice on our website, sending an email to the registered address, or through other appropriate communication channels.
Your continued use of PrymHosting’s services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should discontinue use of our services and terminate your account.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Use periodically to stay informed of any updates or changes.
