We want to remind all our valued customers about the important steps to take when your hosting account reaches its expiration date. To ensure the continued availability of your services, please be aware of the following updates regarding expired accounts:
What Happens When an Account Expires?
-
Grace Period: Once your hosting account expires, it enters a grace period of 1 day. During this time, you can still renew your account without any data loss or service interruption.
-
Service Suspension: If the account is not renewed within the grace period, we will temporarily suspend access to your hosting services. This means your website and email services will be offline until the account is renewed.
-
Data Retention: After suspension, we retain your account data for an additional 29 days. During this period, you can still reactivate your account and restore your services without losing any data.
-
Account Deletion: If the account remains inactive past the 30-day retention period, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted. Please ensure you renew your account within the grace period to avoid any loss of data.
